Free 1st Time Home Buyer Seminar Offered
Prudential Floberg REALTORS is hosting a free seminar for First Time Home Buyers. Our presenters, Chris Ackerman of Wells Fargo and Jeanne Stecher of Accounting and Tax by Stecher will discuss how to take advantage of the $7500 Tax Credit that is currently available to first time home buyers. A first time home buyer is someone who has not owned a residence within the last three years.
Low, low interest rates, the tax credit and great homes on the market make this a perfect time to buy your first home. The tax credits are available for a limited time- until June 2009.

The Education Foundation for Billings Schools is hosting it’s annual “Saturday Live” Carnival. It is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Pioneer Park. This is the largest school carnival in the regoin. The all-day, outdoor, family-oriented carnival benefits the 35 Billings area public schools and the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools. Saturday Live, now in its sixteenth year, is the signature event of the Education Foundation. Since 1993, Saturday Live has raised over $1,000,000 for Billings Public Schools.
