Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Billings, Montana? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Billings?

I moved to Billings Montana from Las Vegas. Being a Real Estate Broker I can tell you first hand that Montana is still a strong market with very few forclosures.
