Billings leads forecast for home appreciation

Billings is ranked No. 1 in the nation for expected 2009 housing price appreciation by HousingPredictor.com, a Web site that provides housing news and real estate market forecasts for more than 250 U.S. cities. Its houses are projected to increase 2.1 percent in value.

Four other Montana cities and one Wyoming city were listed in the top 15. Only 10 of the top cities showed increasing values.

Annual Saturday LIVE!

The Education Foundation for Billings Schools is hosting it’s annual “Saturday Live” Carnival. It is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Pioneer Park. This is the largest school carnival in the regoin.
